It's once again time for FREE COMIC BOOK DAY at Outsider Comics!!! This page details all the things that you'd want/need to know to have a great experience!
TIME AND PLACE
11 AM to 7 PM at Outsider Comics and Geek Boutique in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle! We're right next to Outlander Brewing and across the street from the 7-11 so we're pretty darn easy to find! There may be sidewalk construction going on near us but we'll definitely be open!
FREE COMICS
Literally the best part of FCBD! We'll have a wide selection of free comics for all age ranges available for FREE in store! Comics include Star Wars (it is 5/4 after all), Team Spidey, Deadpool, and MORE! Free comics will be available at the counter at checkout though no purchases are necessary for free comics.We'll be implementing a 2 free comics per person limit to make things fair for everyone. We'll remove that limit after 5 PM if we still have books left, so be sure to come back if there are books you wanted but weren't able to get!
COVID PRECAUTIONS
We have a 100% mask required in store policy for everyone over the age of 3. Masks are available but we'd really appreciate it if you would bring your own.Weather-permitting, we'll have doors open in the space for ventilation. Also, we'll be monitoring the CO2 levels inside the store and limit the number of shoppers if it reaches an unsafe level.
SPECIAL GUESTS
We'll have local comic creatores KEEZY YOUNG and CRYSTAL FRASIER here to sign books and chat in the morning and early afternoon!Keezy Young (they/them) will be here with their new book published by Silver Sprocket SUNFLOWERS from 11 to 1.Crystal Frasier (she/her) will be here with her all ages, queer/trans romance Cheer Up! Love and Pom Poms from noon to 2.
